Legal Notice, General Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

These General Conditions of Use (so-called « CGU ») have as its purpose the legal framework of the arrangements for making the site and services available by Interphaz and to define the conditions for access and use of services by Interphaz. « User ».

These CGUs are available on the website under «CGU».

Article 2: Access to the site

The website https://www.interphaz.org provides the User with free access to the following services:

Presentation of the association and its partners, presentation of the Europe Direct label, presentation of the European Union, services and resources of the association, websites linked to Europe, membership of the association, subscription to the monthly newsletter.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.

 

ARTICLE 3: Data collection and privacy policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of the site:

  • How their personal data are collected. Any information that identifies a user is considered personal data. As such, it may be: its first and last names, age, postal or email address, location or IP address (non-exhaustive list);

Article 3.2: Personal data collected and processed in the context of site navigation

Personal data is collected when you perform the following operations on the platform: subscription to the Association's monthly newsletter and contact form.

Your email address, first name and last name are collected.

They are kept by the controller under reasonable security conditions for a period of: 5 years.

The company is likely to retain certain personal data beyond the time limits announced above in order to fulfil its legal or regulatory obligations.

Article 3.5: User rights in data collection and processing

Any user concerned by the processing of his personal data may avail himself of the following rights, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 and the Computer Law and Freedom (Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978):

  • Right of access, rectification and erasure of data (as set out in Articles 15, 16 and 17 of the GDPR respectively);
  • Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR);
  • Right to limitation (Article 18 GDPR) and opposition to data processing (Article 21 GDPR);
  • Right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on an automated process;
  • Right to determine the fate of data after death;
  • Right to refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

Article 3.6: Conditions for amending the Privacy Policy

Website editor www.interphaz.org reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time to ensure that users of the site comply with the applicable law.

Any changes will not affect previous purchases made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in effect at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user upon validation of the purchase.

The user is invited to read this Policy whenever he or she uses our services, without the need for formal notice.
