Content

The FCC consists of several modules dealing with a variety of topics:

  • Republican and European institutions : Understanding the role and functioning of different institutions.
  • Secularity To explore the separation between the state and religions and its importance in French society.
  • Human rights : Studying the history of fundamental rights and their impact on modern society.
  • Sustainable development To raise awareness of current environmental and social issues.

As part of these modules, local structures and associations offer training on different topics. Youth on civic service can choose the training that interests them most among all those offered.

Between 2018 and 2021, Interphaz proposed 4 FCC routes.

Two days to think differently international better understand European and international realities.

In order to grasp its place as a citizen committed to contemporary society, the volunteer is confronted with different concepts: Europe, globalisation, NGOs, cooperation and international solidarity. By alternating playful media, collective and individual times, the aim is to make think, react and also transmit information essential to better understand the world in which we live.

Two days to be hired in his neighborhoodhow to act as a committed citizen.

Want to bring your stone to the building, see the change you'd like to wear... but you don't know where to start? Faced with different concepts, you will understand better what democracy, politics, civil society and the reality of associative life are all about. By alternating playful supports, collective and individual times, it is also an opportunity to talk about social economy and solidarity, to better understand the actors of proximity and to see how you can act as a citizen engaged in your territory, in your neighbourhood.

The theories of conspiracy, co-animated with the MRES – How can we dissociate the true from the false?

Around this module, MRES and Interphaz propose to reflect on the stakes of images and media. Immersion activities, analysis of communication media and professional interventions allow volunteers to develop their critical thinking, question the relationship to information, and strike a balance between trust and media criticism.

Manufacture of the city – Interphaz works on the link between urban planning, citizen participation and culture.

She is committed to sharing this cross-cutting idea with volunteers and to asking them about their urban environment. Beyond understanding spatial planning, volunteers will have specific times on the sensitive city, the participatory city, in order to work their imaginations and create the city of tomorrow.
